Comments : Two visits to this hotel a week apart. Did not receive welcome champagne & chocs on first arrival which we had forgotten about. Received on our second visit, so queried the first lot and finally received a second bottle of champagne after chasing, but no chocolates. Second lot of chocs were so soft they were inedible. Shower room floor so hot had to use towels to stand on it (during a heatwave!), complained twice to no avail. Hotel very nice but in a poor area of town with lots of graffiti which we found very strange and not as close to the centre as expected.
